After testing them With a set Of prepared questions, I favoured Green Tick over a high street chain, to market a modest property. (Several others did not answer my initial enquiry.) What a breath of fresh air! There was no fancy brochure with pie charts of their market share or bar graphs of their performance. Huseyin just gave honest appraisal and down to earth advice. He kept me in the loop, but unobtrusively. He got me an offer within a month and we closed the deal by the third month! He even popped in to check on the place when I have vacated it. I cannot ask for more.

I visited the room at the arranged time, and the house was in very good condition and was the same as the picture advertised. The problem I’ve always had with Astate agents is that they’ve never understood how stressful the home-buying/selling process is for both the buyer and the seller.
